Our History

Our history is very simple.  We love what we do.  With more than five years of experience at Western Illinois University and in the private sector, the Chuck Merlin staff has a long history of successful project management, technology enhancement, and training under its belt.  In 2002, it became clear that our services could be a valuable asset for small and large companies in the western Illinois region that weren't leveraging technology to its fullest potential.  We incorporated in January 2002 and opened our "doors" to new customers in February.  The key to our success is that we love what we do.  If you have a problem, we would love the chance to solve it!!!

Our mission is simple:  We strive to combine innovation, technology, and common sense in meeting our customers' needs.  Many of our competitors offer overpriced, cookie-cutter solutions.  Chuck Merlin treats each of its customers in a friendly and personal way.  We understand that the challenges you face are unique, and therefore demand a unique approach.
